Terms of Use

Last updated Version 1.0

These terms govern your use of the well.run website. They don't replace any separate written agreement for the services we provide — that contract always takes precedence for the work itself.

In short

Use the site lawfully and respect our content. If we do paid work together, the separate written agreement for that project governs the services — these terms cover the website itself. Your statutory consumer rights are never affected.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using well.run you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is operated by Well Run (Kostiantyn Moseichenko); full identification is in our Legal Notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
  • introduce malware, scrape at scale, or otherwise disrupt or overload the service;
  • copy, resell or misrepresent our content as your own.

3. Client accounts

Some areas of the site — such as the client area — require an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@well.run if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account where these terms are breached.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its content are owned by or licensed to Well Run and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and use the site for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved — see the Legal Notice for detail.

6. Availability & warranties

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or current at all times. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well Run isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you're a consumer, your mandatory rights under Belgian and EU law are unaffected.

8. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by Belgian law, with disputes subject to the competent Belgian courts and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform.
