APEX Production Studio:
The Broadcast OS for Professional Sports & Events
APEX is not just software. It is a dedicated proprietary Operating System designed to eliminate the instability of Windows and the complexity of OB Vans. It transforms standard off-the-shelf hardware into a professional “Black Box” production hub, delivering True 50p output with a Zero-Menu interface.
No menus. No drivers. Just touch and broadcast.
Stop fighting with Windows. APEX is a dedicated OS that guarantees uptime.
A Dedicated Environment for Mission-Critical Production
Professional broadcasting demands absolute focus. APEX runs as a standalone Operating System, dedicating 100% of your hardware’s power to video processing. By eliminating background distractions and driver conflicts, we guarantee a “Black Box” level of reliability that ensures your stream stays live and your master recording is always safe.
The Visual Standard

The Production Engine
Top-Tier Quality for Everyone
Broadcast standards without the broadcast budget. We have democratized professional sports production. APEX delivers the same True 50p fluidity and stability used by major networks, but in a package designed for local leagues, schools, and growing federations. You no longer need to compromise on quality because of your scale.
Zero-Menu UI
Touch. Don't click. In the heat of a live game, a mouse is a liability. We replaced thousands of complex settings and drop-down menus with a clean, Zero-Menu touchscreen interface. Every switch, every replay, and every graphic is a single tap away, designed for the reaction speed of live sports.
Easy Learning
From student to producer in 15 minutes. You don’t need a degree in broadcast engineering to run a world-class stream. Because the interface is intuitive and the complexity is automated behind the scenes, volunteers and students can master the entire production workflow with minimal training.
No More "Big Box" Complexity
The OB Van that fits in your backpack. Stop lugging heavy racks and tangled hardware. We replaced complex, fragile "Big Box" switchers with powerful software running on compact, standard Mini-PCs. It’s the stability of a television truck in a hardware footprint you can carry in one hand.

FAQ for APEX
Common questions about our real estate media services.
Yes. We recommend specific Mini-PC models (like Intel NUC Extreme) to ensure 100% stability. We can provide the hardware, or send you the specifications to buy it locally.
Yes. APEX accepts SDI, HDMI, NDI, and SRT inputs. You can mix different brands (Sony, Blackmagic, PTZ) and resolutions within the same project.
Not necessarily. APEX has a built-in digital audio mixer with “Audio-Follow-Video” capability. However, for complex commentary, we recommend a small external USB audio interface which APEX recognizes instantly.
The broadcast continues. APEX records a high-quality “Master File” locally on the SSD from the moment you boot up. You will never lose the footage, even if the stream disconnects.
We do. As part of the Concierge service, Well Run engineers design and code your HTML5 graphics package (Scoreboard, Lower Thirds, Rosters) to match your league’s branding.
The Matrix system supports up to 8 synchronized replay angles simultaneously, allowing you to show the action from the best view instantly.
No. The “Zero-Menu” interface was designed specifically for this. Most operators learn the basics of switching and replay in less than 15 minutes.
Yes. APEX generates a local web link. A referee or table official can control the score and game clock from any mobile phone or tablet connected to the network.
The internal processing is optimized for 1080p50 (TV Standard) to ensure maximum stability and smooth motion. We prioritize high frame rate (50/60fps) over 4K resolution for sports.
We deploy updates remotely. You don’t need to run installers or deal with Windows drivers. We push the latest stable version of the OS directly to your machine.
Engineered for the Real World
Why we built a dedicated Operating System
Standard software fails because general-purpose computers are unpredictable. APEX was born from our own need for absolute certainty in the OB van. We stripped away the bloatware to create a lean, purpose-built environment that prioritizes one thing: keeping your signal live and your motion smooth, no matter the conditions.
