German Soccer Federation — Hamburg Round-Robin

Five-camera live production of three international fixtures in Hamburg, streamed simultaneously to Twitter and YouTube for the German Soccer Federation.

Three nations, three fixtures, one venue. The German Soccer Federation brought Germany, Albania, and Italy to Hamburg for a round-robin series — every team facing each other once — and needed federation-grade live production delivered directly to public platforms without a broadcast truck or a large outside crew.

We covered all three matches on a 5-camera setup, running live distribution through Starling to Twitter and YouTube simultaneously. The same infrastructure handled the full tournament without a reset between games: consistent framing, consistent graphics, consistent signal — match after match.

Round-robin formats put pressure on continuity. The production had to hold its quality across three kick-offs in the same day, not just one. It did.
