01 — The brief

The challenge

The Boxing Federation of Belgium needed a live production for a tournament night in Brussels — but the audience was not local. The primary destination was Liberian national TV, with additional simultaneous distribution to diaspora-focused platforms across the USA and public streaming on YouTube. Three destinations, each with its own delivery requirements, all going out live from the same event.

That combination — national broadcast television in one country, platform streaming in another, and open YouTube access — required a single, reliable signal chain built to split and deliver without compromise to any destination.

02 — What we did

How we delivered it

  1. 01

    Ring coverage

Two cameras were positioned at the ring, dedicated to capturing close action — punches, footwork, the moments that decide a fight. These were the editorial backbone of the broadcast.

  2. 02

    Wide arena camera

A single static wide camera covered the full arena, giving each destination a clean establishing frame and full context for the venue and crowd.

  3. 03

    Gimbal beauty camera

A fourth camera, mounted on a gimbal, roamed the venue freely — picking up atmosphere, crowd reaction, and the colour of the night that ring cameras can't reach.

  4. 04

    Live mix and multi-destination delivery

All four feeds were mixed live and distributed simultaneously to Liberian national TV, multiple US-based platforms, and YouTube — one production, one signal chain, three live destinations.

One crew. One signal chain. Liberian national TV, US platforms, and YouTube — all live at the same time.

04 — The outcome

What we delivered

The live broadcast reached more than 10,000 viewers across three platforms simultaneously — Liberian national TV, US-based streaming platforms, and YouTube. Every destination received the feed live, from a single Brussels venue, on a single tournament night.

For the Boxing Federation of Belgium, that meant one production covering their full international audience: the national broadcast back to Liberia, the diaspora community in the United States, and an open public stream for anyone watching on YouTube.

Questions, answered

Can you deliver a live feed to national TV and streaming platforms at the same time?

Yes. For the Boxing Federation of Belgium, we distributed a single live production simultaneously to Liberian national TV, multiple US-based platforms, and YouTube — from one signal chain, with no separate production for each destination.

How many cameras did you use for the boxing tournament?

Four cameras: two on the ring for close action, one wide static camera covering the full arena, and one gimbal-mounted camera roaming the venue for atmosphere and crowd.

How many viewers did the broadcast reach?

The broadcast reached more than 10,000 viewers across the three simultaneous destinations.

Can you handle international multi-destination broadcasts from a single venue?

That is exactly what this production was. One venue in Brussels, one crew, one live signal — delivered to a national TV broadcaster in Liberia, streaming platforms in the US, and YouTube, all at the same time.
